VHC 2022 Cyber Film Festival Awards

VHC's 2022 Cyber Film Festival  features works by participating Scouts in this summer's Cyber Film Camp hosted by Verdugo Hills Council! Congratulations to our Scout Filmmakers on discovering and improving their technical and creative skills.

 


 2022 FILM AWARDS ANNOUNCED

This past summer was a fantastic time in Verdugo Hills Council BSA.

We held our third annual Cyber Film Camp! Congratulations to all the Scouts!

 

Six patrols with Scouts from across the USA presented films at the Verdugo Hills Cyber Council Film Festival  in July and the winners have been announced!

 

THE PROFFESSIONAL AWARD was a TIE and was awarded to:

“The Movie Masters Patrol” for their short film
“A Fence Apart” 

&

“The Fabulous 10-4s Patrol” for their short film
“The Pup-Corn Theory” 

The Professional Award is a Wilson Volleyball from the movie “Castaway” which was created for the film by Verdugo Hills Council’s own David Potter!

The award was voted on by the Professional Filmmakers who spoke at our camp.

 

THE AUDIENCE AWARD as voted on by the viewing audience was also a TIE and awarded to:

“The Movie Masters Patrol” for their short film
“A Fence Apart”

&

"The Snap Shot Patrol" for their short film
"Invasion of the Fur Balls"
