Who should go: Adult leaders for Boy Scouts and Venturers, parents, and Girl Scout leaders.

Scheduled Dates: June 13-14, 2008

Prerequisites: Outing Leader Awareness

Personal Equipment: Swimsuit, towel, pen or pencil and paper

Course Description: A comprehensive training course for Scout Leaders of skills, knowledge and tips necessary to have a safe, fun, and effective water-based outing program.  We will cover all the skills necessary for the Canoeing Merit Badge, plus trip planning, boat handling, places to go and resources.
